We Won Bronze at the Dieline Awards 2025!
We’re absolutely thrilled to share that we’ve won a Bronze at the Dieline Awards 2025 for our packaging design for Chocolarder’s new range, Again. It’s an incredible honour to be recognised alongside some of the world’s best in packaging design, and for a project so close to our hearts.
Again isn’t just a chocolate bar. It’s a movement. A product built from food waste, turned into something delicious and beautiful. The concept of collage became our north star: taking fragments, leftovers, offcuts, and turning them into something whole, intentional, and full of flavour. A literal and visual reflection of Chocolarder’s mission to reimagine waste.
Visiting the Chocolarder factory in Falmouth gave us a deep respect for their truly circular process. We wanted to honour that by creating packaging that felt alive, tactile, and full of motion. The circular, hand-cut collage was designed to evoke the hands-on craft of chocolate-making, chopping, roasting, mixing and the ever-changing nature of working with rescued ingredients.
We pushed away from the usual premium chocolate tropes; no kraft paper, no foiling, no serif fonts and leaned into vibrant colour, playful texture, and a stripped-back paper wrap that reflects the values of the audience we’re speaking to: sustainably minded, creatively curious, and looking for something new.
The custom, hand-cut typography was literally shaped as Chocolarder shaped their bars adding a layer of human touch that felt authentic to both them and us. The inner wrap, printed with facts about food waste and the circular economy, adds another layer of meaning, inviting the consumer into the story.
We’ve worked with Chocolarder for years, and it’s a privilege to help bring this new chapter to life. This Dieline Award is a shared win; for our team, for the planet, and for the brilliant people at Chocolarder turning waste into wonder.
